Acapulco Delight

List of Ingredients



• 2 lbs. ground beef
  
• 1 envelope taco seasoning
  
• 3/4 cup water
  
• 2 (7ounce) jars green taco sauce
  
• 1 (16 ounce) can refried beans
  
• 9 flour tortillas
  
• 2 cups shredded Mexican or Cheddar cheese
  
• 1 cup sour cream
  
• 1/2 cup chopped green onions
  






Instructions



1. Brown ground beef, drain. Stir in taco seasoning and water. Add taco sauce, simmer 5 min. until slightly thickened.
   
   
2. Cover bottom of 9x13 dish with 3 tortillas, tearing them to fit. Spread half of meat mixture over tortillas, sprinkle 1/2 cup cheese over meat. Layer 3 more tortillas. Spread beans on these. Cover with sour cream. Sprinkle with onions.
   
   
3. Place remaining 3 tortillas on top, cover rest of meat and cheese. Bake 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
