    Green Chili Cheese and Rice Bake

    List of Ingredients


    • 8 ounces Monterey Jack cheese
    • 2 cups sour cream
    • 4 ounces canned chopped green chilis
    • 4 cups cooked rice
    • salt and pepper to taste
    • 1/2 cup grated Cheddar cheese


    Instructions


    1. Cut Monterey Jack cheese into strips. Mix sour cream and green chilis together. Alternate layers of rice, Monterey Jack cheese and sour cream in greased 2-qt. casserole pan. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. After 15 minutes of baking, sprinkle the top of the casserole with the grated Cheddar cheese.
