Pinata Pumpkin Chili

List of Ingredients
- 1 1/2 pounds Ground beef
- 1/2 cup Onion -- chopped
- 1 Garlic clove -- minced
- 16 ounce Solid pack pumpkin
- 2 cups Water
- 1 package Taco seasoning
- 1 1/2 teaspoons Chili powder
- 1 teaspoon Salt
- 1 cup Cheddar cheese -- shredded
- 1 cup Corn chips -- crushed
- 1/2 cup Sour cream
- 1 Red pepper flakes or 1 Hot pepper sauce
Instructions
- In 3 quart saucepan, cook meat, onion and garlic until meat is brown. Drain. Add pumpkin, water, taco seasoning, chili powder and salt. Bring to a boil. Cover; simmer 30 minutes. Season with red pepper flakes or hot pepper sauce. Garnish with cheese, corn chips and sour cream.
- NOTE: May add 16 ounces red kidney beans; drained.
