Steak and Bean Soup
List of Ingredients
- 2 to 3/4 pound boneless sirloin, cut in 1/2" cubes
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 2 (14.5 ounce) cans whole tomatoes, undrained, crushed
- 1 (15 ounce) can spicy chili beans, undrained
- 2 potatoes (about 2 cups), cut in 1/2" cubes
- 1 teaspoon cumin
Instructions
- Spray large saucepan with nonstick spray. Cook beef over medium heat until no longer pink. Add onion and garlic and cook 1 minute. Stir in remaining ingredirnts. Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer, with lid ajar, 20-25 minutes or till potatoes are tender.
