List of Ingredients
- 1 medium cabbage, finely shredded
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh cilantro
- 2 carrots, peeled and shredded
- 2/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/3 cup sour cream
- 2 tablespoons fresh jalapeno, seeded and minced
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 small red pepper, thinly sliced
- pitted black olives, optional
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine cabbage, cilantro and carrots. Blend mayonnaise with sour cream until creamy. Add next 6 ingredients to mayonnaise mixture. Fold gently into cabbage. Garnish with olives if desired.
