Asparagus Caesar
List of Ingredients
- 1 pound fresh asparagus
- 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
Instructions
- Preheat broiler.
- Cook asparagus until crisp-tender; drain well. Place asparagus in an 8x8" baking dish.
- Combine butter, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce; pour over asparagus.
- Combine Parmesan and dry mustard; sprinkle over asparagus. Place asparagus under broiler until browned.
