    Asparagus Caesar


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound fresh asparagus
    • 2 tablespoons butter or margarine, melted
    • 2 tablespoons lemon juice
    • 1/2 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
    • 4 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard


    Instructions


    1. Preheat broiler.
    2. Cook asparagus until crisp-tender; drain well. Place asparagus in an 8x8" baking dish.
    3. Combine butter, lemon juice and Worcestershire sauce; pour over asparagus.
    4. Combine Parmesan and dry mustard; sprinkle over asparagus. Place asparagus under broiler until browned.
