Asparagus Casserole

List of Ingredients
- 2 (15-16 ounce) cans asparagus, drained
- 1 (15-16 ounce) can Le Seur type 'baby' peas, drained
- 1 (10-3/4 ounce) can roasted garlic-mushroom soup
- 2 cups grated cheddar cheese
- 1 ( 8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained
- Cracker crumbs or buttered strips of toasted bread (about 1/4 sleeve of Ritz), optional
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
- Layer all ingredients except crumbs or toast in an ovenproof casserole. Top with buttered strips of toasted bread or cracker crumbs, if desired.
- Heat through until bubbly and cheese has melted.
