    Baked Corn Casserole


    List of Ingredients


    • 1/4 cup butter or margarine
    • 2 (3 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened
    • 1 (17 ounce) can whole kernel corn, drained
    • 1 (16-1/2 ounce) can cream style corn
    • 1 (4 ounce) can chopped green chilies
    • 1/2 cup chopped onion
    • 1 (2.8 ounce) can French fried onions, divided
    • Servings: 10


    Instructions


    1. In a large bowl, beat together butter and cream cheese. Stir in corns, chilies and onion. Pour into greased 8" square baking dish. Bake, uncovered, at 350 degrees for 15 minutes Remove, stir in half the fried onions then sprinkle the rest on top. Bake 15 minutes more.
