    Cashew Orange Sugar Snap Peas

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 (1 pound) package frozen sugar snap peas
    • 1/3 cup orange juice
    • 1 tablespoon honey
    • 1 teaspoon cornstarch
    • 1/8 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon grated orange peel, optional
    • 1/4 cup cashews


    Instructions


    1. Cook peas as directed on package and drain.

    2. Meanwhile, in a small saucepan mix orange juice, honey, cornstarch and salt until well blended. Cook over medium heat until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly. Stir in orange peel and cashews; stir in peas.
