    Cheese Fries

    List of Ingredients


    • 1-1/2 pounds baking potatoes, peeled and cut into thin strips
    • 1 tablespoon grated Parmesan cheese
    • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
    • 1/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
    • 1/4 teaspoon paprika
    • 1/4 teaspoon pepper


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees.

    2. Combine all ingredients in a bowl, and toss well. Arrange potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 35 minutes or until golden.

    3. Yield: 4 servings
