1-1/2 pounds baking potatoes, peeled and cut into thin strips
1 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 teaspoons chili powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
Instructions
Preheat oven to 450 degrees.
Combine all ingredients in a bowl; toss well. Arrange potatoes in a single
layer on a baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 35 minutes or until golden.
