Creamed Spinach

List of Ingredients
- 1/2 cup chopped onion
- 2 (10 ounce) packages thawed frozen chopped spinach
- 1/2 cup spreadable cheese with garlic and herbs (such as Alouette)
- 2 tablespoons grated fresh Parmesan cheese
Instructions
- Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray; add onion. Saute over medium-high heat 5 minutes or until tender. Stir in spinach; cook 1 minute. Stir in spreadable cheese; sprinkle with Parmesan.
