    Sesame Scented Snow Peas and Carrots

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 1/2 cups snow peas
    • 1/2 cup diagonally sliced carrots
    • 2 teaspoons low-sodium soy sauce
    • 1 teaspoon dark sesame oil
    • 1 teaspoon rice vinegar
    • 1/2 teaspoon sugar


    Instructions


    1. Cook snow peas and carrots in boiling water for 30 seconds; drain. Toss vegetables with remaining ingredients.

    2. Servings: 4
