Saute onion, shallot, garlic, cilantro and ginger in oil. Stir in orange juice, lemon juice and soy. Bring to a simmer, and cook until reduced by 1/3, about 4 minutes. Remove from heat and toss with steamed asparagus and the toasted sesame seeds. Chill 40 minutes, and toss well before serving.
