    Stuffed Artichoke Coins


    List of Ingredients


    • 2 (14 ounce) cans artichoke bottoms, drained
    • 6 tablespoons cream cheese
    • 2 tablespoons sour cream
    • 2 cloves garlic, pressed
    • 1 tablespoon fresh basil leaves or 1/2 teaspoon dried, chopped fine
    • dash hot pepper sauce
    • 1 cup shredded Mozzarella cheese


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Mix together the cream cheese, sour cream, garlic, basil and hot sauce.

    2. Spread in the "cup" of the artichoke bottoms. Place in a baking dish lightly sprayed with cooking spray. Add cheese to each "cup"

    3. Bake, uncovered, until cheese is melted, about 15 minutes.
