    Two-Toned Roasted Potaotes

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 teaspoon chili powder
    • 3/4 teaspoon salt
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
    • 1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper
    • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
    • 1 1/2 tablespoons olive oil
    • 1 clove garlic, minced or 1/2 tsp. bottled minced garlic
    • 3 small sweet potatoes, ( about 1-1/2 lbs), each cut in 8 wedges
    • 3 small baking potatoes, (about 1-1/2 lbs), each cut in 8 wedges


    Instructions


    1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees. Combine the first 7 ingred. in a large zip-top bag. Add potatoes; seal and shake to coat. Place potatoes on a baking sheet. Bake at 450 degrees for 35 min. or until tender.
    2. Servings: 8 (Serving size: 6 wedges.) 206 cal, 2.9g fat, 3.3g pro, 42.5g carb, 4.3g fiber, 0mg chol, 241mg sod.
