Zesty Carrots
List of Ingredients
- 1 pound carrots, cut in 1/2" slices
- dash onion powder
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise, may use light
- 1/4 cup reserved cooking liquid
- 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
- salt and pepper, to taste
- 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
- 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted
Instructions
- Cook carrots until tender. Place in a 1-quart baking dish; set aside.
- In a small bowl, conbine the next 5 ingredients; mix well. Pour over carrots.
- Conbine bread crumbs with butter; sprinkle on top. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
