    Zesty Carrots


    List of Ingredients


    • 1 pound carrots, cut in 1/2" slices
    • dash onion powder
    • 1/2 cup mayonnaise, may use light
    • 1/4 cup reserved cooking liquid
    • 2 tablespoons prepared horseradish
    • salt and pepper, to taste
    • 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs
    • 1 tablespoon butter or margarine, melted


    Instructions


    1. Cook carrots until tender. Place in a 1-quart baking dish; set aside.
    2. In a small bowl, conbine the next 5 ingredients; mix well. Pour over carrots.
    3. Conbine bread crumbs with butter; sprinkle on top. Bake, uncovered, at 350 for 25-30 minutes.
