Crockpot Pulled Pork

Recipe Introduction
Serves 6
Tip~Serve with yellow rice and vegetable or on a bun and dill pickle.
Note: Instead of pork you can use any type of meat~~chicken, ham, pork chops, or turkey.
List of Ingredients
1 1/2 pounds pork tenderloin cut into 3/4-inch cubes
1 cup barbecue sauce
1 onion, finely chopped
1 1/2 teaspoon chili powder
Recipe
Place all ingredients in 5-6 quart slow cooker; mix well.
Cover and cook until the pork is fork tender,
3-4 hours on high or 6-8 hours on low. Serves 6
When done use two forks, shred the pork.
