Banana Nut Bread

List of Ingredients
2/3 cup no sugar added applesauce
3/4 cup Splenda Granular
1 Egg
1 Egg White
1 cup Ripe Mashed Bananas (about 2 medium)
1 t Baking Power
1/2 t Baking Soda
1 Cup all purpose Flour
3/4 cup Self Rising Flour
1 oz. Chopped Pecans
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Spray 1 quart loaf pan with non-stick cooking spray.
In medium bowl, blend together the applesauce, Splenda and eggs. Add mashed bananas, baking powers, soda and salt. Mix well. In small bowl, combine flour. Using an electric hand mixer, add the flour a little at a time to banana mixture. Mix on low speed just until the combined and mixture is smooth. Stir in pecans. Pour into pan and bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted in the middle comes out clean.
FYI - I didn't use the electric mixer or use the self rising flour.
