Yields 6 servings @ 2 points each or “Core”
List of Ingredients
1 cup cornmeal
1 cup plain fat free yogurt
½ tsp baking soda
1 egg
1 tsp salt
Recipe
Mix all ingredients and pour into 8” square pan or small castiron skillet sprayed with vegetable spray. Bake at 450 deg for 15 minutes.
Suggestions:
Add jalapenos, green pepper, or diced green chili for different taste. Add canned corn for additional point value on Flex Program or Core on the Core Program
