    You could vary the flavor by changing the bacon to sausage, ham, adding onion, mushrooms, peppers, etc

    List of Ingredients




    9 frozen or refrigerated biscuits (large size)
    2 T. butter or margarine, melted
    6 large eggs
    1/4 cup whipping cream (I use milk)
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
    6 bacon slices, cooked and crumbled

    Recipe



    Bake biscuits according to package directions. Set aside.
    Spread melted butter in bottom of 9-inch square pan. Whisk together eggs and next three ingredients. Pour into pan. Sprinkle with cheese and bacon. Bake egg mixture at 425 degrees for 12 minutes, or until set. Let stand 10 minutes. Cut into 9 3-inch squares. Place in split biscuits. Allow to cool and wrap omelet biscuits in foil, place in freezer bags and freeze.

    ***To reheat: Wrap individaul frozen emelet biscuits in a paper towel.. Mocrowave at 50 % power for 3 1/2 to 4 minutes. Or leave wrapped in foil and bake frozen omelet biscuits a t350 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
    ***Recipe may be doubled. Bake in a 15x10-inch jellyroll pan for 12-14 minutes, or until set.
