Makes 24 cup cakes.

1 cupcake = 2pts



List of Ingredients




1 box Chocolate cake mix with pudding or extra moist variety
1 ½ c water
½ c chocolate chips
1 can (15 oz) pumpkin


Recipe



Mix together using mixer – bake at 350F – even when done they are very gooey (translate yummy). Top with fat-free cool whip, even yummier!


*A tip about layer cakes – to help layer cakes bake evenly, cut a 2” strip off an old towel (terry cloth) – soak it in water and pin it with a safety pin around the exterior perimeter of your pan. For more level layer cake – as soon as the cake comes out of the oven take dry dish towel – not terry cloth, the flour sack type that your grandma used – and lay it over the top of the cake; gently smooth the center bump of the cake o! ut toward the edges, remove towel and let cool. It makes a much more level surface for stacking the layers.
