Cinnamon Buttercrumb Cakes

Makes 24 cakes
2 WW points per cake
List of Ingredients
1 18.25 ounce box white cake mix
1/2 cup Egg Beaters
1 1/4 cup water
1 tablespoon Butter Buds Sprinkles
Topping:
2/3 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 tablespoons sugar
Recipe
Preheat over to 350 degrees. Combine cake mix, water, Egg Beaters and Butter Buds in large bowl and mix with an electric mixter for 2 minutes. Grease the cups of 2 12 cup muffin tins (or use paper liners). Fill each cup about 1/2 full with the batter. Combine topping ingredients in small bowl and mix well. Sprinkle about 2 teaspoons of topping over the batter in each cup. Use a knife to slightly swirl the topping into the batter. Bake for 10-12 minutes
or until light brown on top.
