List of Ingredients
Instant mashed potato flakes (I use the brand that says made from real potatoes)
2 cups browned ground beef drained
1/4 cup chopped onion
16oz package of frozen mixed vegetables
2 cans (10 3/4 oz.) prepared gravy
2 cups of shredded cheddar cheese
Recipe
Prepare 8 servings of instant mashed potatoes according to package.
Mix remaining ingredients in ungreased baking dish
Mound potatoes on meat mixture
Spread shredded cheese all over mashed potatoes
Bake uncovered for 30 minutes or until potatoes brown slightly at 350 degrees - cheese will be bubbly.
