    BLACKBERRY COBBLER

    6 servings – 2 points each

    List of Ingredients

    1/2 cup skim milk
    2 tsp. canola oil
    1/2 cup Splenda
    1 cup reduced-fat Bisquick
    2 Cups blackberries...I used frozen
    1 Cup Splenda
    1 Cup water

    Recipe

    Mix skim milk, oil, 1/2 cup Splenda and Bisquick...(I mixed this in my food processor) Batter should be a little thicker than pancake batter. If too thick, add a bit more milk. Spread in 8x8 inch sprayed pan. Mix berries, water and 1 cup Splenda together until well blended. Pour over batter.

    Bake @ 350 deg about 45 min. Let set 5-10 min. before serving.
