Any type of ground turkey breast or salsa will do. You can also use browned lean ground beef. ( not sure if that changes the points or not)
List of Ingredients
12 oz Chi-Chi's Mild Salsa
2 cup Iceberg lettuce
1 large tomato(es)
1 cup Kraft Free Shredded Cheddar Cheese
60 items baked low-fat tortilla chips
16 oz uncooked ground turkey breast
Recipe
Brown turkey and add a 12 oz jar of salsa, or as much as you like to tsaste. heat through. Put 15 tortilla chips on a plate, top 1/4 of the mixture added shredded lettuce, chopped tomatoes add shredded fat free chedder cheese and top with 2 tablespoons of fat free ranch dressing and 1 tablespoon of fat free sour cream. Enjoy!
