Olive-oil cooking spray
1 Sundried Tomato Flatout sheet
2/3 cup shredded Fat Free Mozzarella cheese
3 Tablespoons Reduced Fat Feta Cheese (50% Less Total Fat)
2 tablespoons sliced ripe olives, drained
2 tablespoons thinly sliced red onions
2 ounces cooked, peeled, deveined baby shrimp
2 tablespoons Fat Free Italian dressing
Recipe
Heat oven to 350°F. Lay Flatout on nonstick cookie sheet; coat one side with cooking spray. Bake at 350°F for 7 minutes. Top partially baked Flatout with Mozzarella, Feta, olives, onions and shrimp. Drizzle 2 tablespoons dressing on top. Bake 15 additional minutes or until Feta and Mozzarella melts. Cut Flatout immediately into 6 squares or 16 wedges for appetizers.
