Martha's Meatloaf

List of Ingredients
4 slices white bread ( I used homemade breadcrumbs) - chop up in food processor
In food processor: 2 each: med. onions, stalks celery, carrots, cloves
garlic,1/2 C Italian
flat leaf parsely (oops, forgot this)
1/2 C ketchup
1 egg - slightly beaten
1 T salt ( I used a beef flavored boullion type stuff) * G. Washington Dark
Brown Seasoning
2 t pepper (did not use - might be too much heat for the kids?)
2 t dry mustard
2 1/2# lean ground beef (can mix with pork)
Glaze:
2 T light brown sugar
1 T dry mustard
1/2 C Ketchup
Recipe
Chop up bread then veggies in processor, combine. Add all other ingredients and
combine
well with hands. Form into loaf shape. Score the top of the meatloaf and Top
with glaze.
Bake at 375° for 45-60 minutes until done.

the best I can to adapt some of these recipes.
