    Yields 4 servings, approximately 8 pts per serving.
    You could bring the points down a bit by using FF ricotta (but BLECK to me) and whole wheat pasta. It was very filling and good to boot

    List of Ingredients




    - EVOO
    - 2 zucchini halved and then sliced
    - 2 garlic cloves (pressed)
    - fresh basil
    - 1 cup frozen peas
    - some thin sliced ham (I used Tyson shaved deli-style honey ham you can buy at Costco)
    - 1 cup part skim ricotta cheese
    - 2 cups uncooked pasta
    - 1/2 tsp pepper

    Recipe



    Cook pasta and in the meantime heat the oil and saute the garlic about 2 minutes, add zucchini, peas & ham and saute. Drain pasta reserving 1/2 c of the cooking liquid. Add the pasta & sauteed stuff together and then toss well adding the cheese, fresh basil and pepper.
