¼ lb lean deli ham
½ c light shredded mozzarella cheese
1 egg beaten
1 can refrigerated pizza crust
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
Assorted veggies
Recipe
Preheat oven to 400 deg. Unroll crust on baking sheet sprayed with Pam. Sprinkle seasoning on crust, top with ham, cheese and veggies. Roll edges of crust toward center and place seam side down. Brush with beaten egg. Bake 15 to 20 minutes.
