• ¼ CUP ONION – FINELY CHOPPED
• ¼ CUP BELL PEPPER – CHOPPED
• 1 CUP BOILING WATER
• 1 PACKAGE RANCH DRESSING DRY MIX
• 1 CAN (4 OZ) CANNED SLICED MUSHROOMS
• 1 CAN ROTEL TOMATOES
• 8 OZ. CHOPPED – COOKED CHICKEN BREAST
• 2 CUPS COOKED SPAGHETTI
• 3 OZ VELVEETA LIGHT
Recipe
SAUTE ONIONS AND PEPPERS IN SPRAYED SKILLET. ADD WATER AND RANCH DRESSING. STIR. ADD REMAINING INGREDIENTS. HEAT TO MELT CHEESE. MIX IN NOODLES AND PUT IN 8 X 8 SPRAYED PAN. BAKE AT 400 FOR 25 MINUTES.
