Hints: 1 1/3 cups uncooked rice usually make about 2 cups cooked.
List of Ingredients
2 cups cooked rice
4 oz diced cooked chicken breast
2 cups frozen broccoli, cooked and drained
� cup sliced almonds
2/3 cup dry powdered milk
1 cup water
1/3 cup reduced fat cheddar cheese
1/8 tsp lemon pepper
2 Tbsp soy sauce
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 deg. In a medium bowl, combine rice, chicken, broccoli and almonds. In a small bowl, combine dry milk powder and water. Add cheese, lemon pepper and soy sauce. Mix well to combine. Pour cheese mixture into rice mixture. Stir well. Pour into 8x8 inch baking dish sprayed with cooking spray. Bake 30 minutes or until hot and cheese is melted through
