Tomato Chicken Pasta Bake

P.S. – I usually cut it into 4 servings at 7.5 pts each and have a nice salad along with it.
List of Ingredients
1 can of Roasted Red pepper stewed tomatoes
4 oz. Velveeta light cheese
3 cups of cooked spaghetti
1 package of perdue short cuts pre-cooked chicken strips
½ c chopped onion
1 clove of garlic
Pam cooking spray
Recipe
Directions:
Cook spaghetti as usual. While cooking, soften onion and garlic in small saucepan sprayed with pam. Cut up velveeta cheese in cubes, add cheese and stewed tomatoes to saucepan. Heat on medium high and stir until cheese is melted. Meantime cut-up chicken strips into bite size bits. Drain spaghetti thoroughly and combine all ingredients in an 8x8 pan (I use a baking stone) sprayed with pam. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes and enjoy.
