Recipe Introduction
The poster stated that it makes 4 servings at 3 pts each. I don't know what the serving measurement is (i.e. 1/2c). I suppose just divide into 4's.
List of Ingredients
2 medium apples
1/4 c raisins
1/2 c celery
6 oz vanilla FF yogurt
2 TBSP peanut butterRecipe
Cut apples into bite size pieces. Place apples, raisins, and celery in a large bowl and mix. In another bowl place peanut butter and microwave until it starts to melt. Once melted stir in yogurt and mix well. Then pour this mixture onto the fruit and stir good. This is so yummy.
I used 1 granny smith and 1 red delicious apple and skipped the celery. I did not have any and did not want to go to the store just for that. I also used 8 oz of yogurt. This is so good. My DH ate all of it except for about 1/2 c that I was able to salvage. I thought maybe next time I might add a few crushed peanuts in to the mix! Hope you enjoy and again thanks to the one that posted this originally!
