List of Ingredients
1 cup onions
1 cup shredded carrots
1 cup celery
8 oz lean ground beef
1 T basil
1 T parsley
4 cups fat free chicken broth
4 cups potatoes
½ cup flour
1 cup skim milk
8 oz Velveeta light cheese
¼ cup fat free sour cream
Recipe
Saute onions, carrots, celery and beef in a Pam sprayed skillet. Add next 4 ingredients. Cover and simmer until potatoes are tender. Blend milk and flour and add slowly to soup. Cover and simmer to thicken. Stir in cubed cheese; add sour cream and heat. DO NOT BOIL!!!
