    3 CANS (16 OZ0 FAT FREE CHICKEN BROTH
    1 CAN BLACK BEANS (16 OZ)
    1 CAN YELLOW CORN, DRAINED (16 OZ)
    1 CAN DICED TOMATOES (16 OZ)
    1 CAN (10 OZ) ROTEL TOMATOES
    1 CAN (16 OZ) FAT FREE REFRIED BEANS

    PLACE ALL INGREDIENTS IN A LARGE SOUP POT. BRING TO A BOIL; THEN LOWER HEAT AND SIMMER 45 MINTUES. TO MAKE IN A CROCKPOT, COMBINE ALL INGREDIENTS IN THE CROCK POT AND COOK ON LOW FOR SIX TO EIGHT HOURS.
