    Fresh Spaghetti Squash
    Fresh Zucchini
    Fresh Red Onion
    Fresh Tomatoe (pulp removed)
    2-3 cloves garlic
    Olive Oil
    Spices
    Bread Crumbs
    Parmesan

    Recipe



    Bake or nuke the spaghetti squash. While its cooking cut up a fresh zucchini, a red onion, a fresh tomato (I took the pulp out), and 2 cloves (or more) of garlic. Saute this stuff in a bit of olive oil for a good 15 minutes. Add spices of your choice, I added salt, pepper, oregano, basil and a smidgen of savory blend. Add tomato sauce to the sauteed veggies (I used a 15 oz plain can). Scoop out the squash and toss it all together. Transfer it to a baking dish and top with a bit of bread crumbs and parmesan. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes.
