    List of Ingredients




    2 medium potato; peeled, chopped
    2 medium carrot; peeled, chopped
    8 oz Butternut squash; peeled, chopped
    1 medium turnip; peeled, chopped
    5 clove garlic; peeled
    1/8 teaspoon Salt
    1/4 cup sour cream, fat free
    1/2 cup chicken broth, fat free; warm
    1/8 teaspoon pepper
    1/8 teaspoon Salt

    Recipe



    Place potatoes through garlic in saucepan and cover with water. Add 1/8 tsp salt, cover and bring to a boil. Simmer until veggies are tender, 10-12 minutes.

    Drain well and mash. Stir in remaining ingredients.
