List of Ingredients
2 turnips, peeled & chopped bite size
2 parsnips, peeled & chopped bite size
2 carrots, peeled & chopped bite size
1 lg sweet potato,peeled & chopped bite size
3 shallots peeled & quartered
1/4 cup of honey
2 tbsp olive oil
coarsely ground black pepper
sea salt
Recipe
Put all chopped veggies in a bowl, add honey & oil and toss to coat. Put in baking pan sprayed with cooking spray and season with salt & pepper.
Roast in 450 degree oven for 35 minutes, turning every 15 minutes
