Oven Fried Zucchini Spears

List of Ingredients
2 whole zucchini
3 T. seasoned dried bread crumbs
1 T. grated Parmesan cheese
1/8 tsp. garlic powder
1/8 tsp. paprika
1/8 tsp. freshly ground black pepper
2 tsp. olive oil Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
1. On shallow plate, combine all ingredients except zucchini and oil; set aside.
2. Slice off ends of zucchini. Cut each zucchini lengthwise into quarters; cut each quarter in half.
3. In large plastic bag, combine oil, zucchini, and 2 tsp. water; close bag and shake well to moisten zucchini. Dredge zucchini in bread crumb mixture.
4. Arrange zucchini in single layer on nonstick baking sheet. Bake until golden, 10 to 12 minutes.
