Red Peppers - how ever many you wish to roastRecipe
To roast peppers you quarter them, take out seeds and veins. Flatten them with
the palm
of your hand and place on a foiled covered cookie sheet or hot grill.
Grill (skin side towards heat source) or broil them, (skin side up), until they
are blistered
and black. Remove and put in a covered dish or zip lock to help steam off the
skins. Let
them cool a bit. With your fingers or paring knife, remove the blackened skin
and discard.
VOILA!
