1/2 large green pepper, cut into thin strips
1/2 large red pepper, cut into thin strips
8 oz sliced mushrooms
1/2 large onion, sliced
McCormick Fajita Seasoning
Recipe
Saute veggies in skillet sprayed with cooking spray 'til crisp-tender. Mix fajita seasoning with 1/4 cup water and add to pan, heat through.
Roll up in fat free flour tortillas with favorited shredded low fat cheese.
Serve with fat free sour cream, salsa, etc.
This is great and only about 2-3 points for 2 fajitas. Sometimes I use chicken breast, shrimp or beef in them, but mostly not and you don't even miss the meat! I use the Manny's fat free flour tortillas and they're small, but 2 fajitas always seem to be enough. Enjoy!
