    2 cups chopped zucchini
    1 cup reduced fat Bisquick
    4 eggs (or Egg Beater equivalent)
    1/2 c oil
    1/2 c FF shredded cheese
    salt, pepper, oregano,parsley (suit to your taste)

    Recipe



    Mix all together, spay 9 in pie with no stick spray and bake 350 for 30-40 mins till golden brown.
