    Creole Peanuts

    List of Ingredients




    3 cups unsalted cocktail peanuts
    1/4 cup peanut oil
    1 package Ranch Style dressing mix
    1 tsp/ dried dill weed
    1 tsp/ creole seasoning
    1 tsp. lemon pepper

    Recipe



    Heat oil in small pan.

    Place peanuts in 13x9x2 pan. Pour warm oil over peanuts, stirring to coat.

    Mix last 4 ingredients together in small bowl.
    Pour over peanuts, stir to coat.

    Bake in 350* oven for 12 minutes.
    Stir once while baking.

    Allow peanuts to cool before placing in an airtight container.
