    Rice 'n Cheese Spread

    List of Ingredients




    1 cup cooked Texmati Rice
    1/2 pound grated cheddar cheese
    1/2 tsp. minced onion
    3 tbsps. minced green onions
    3 stuffed chopped olives
    3 tbsps. pickle relish
    1 tbsp. chopped pimento
    1, hard-cooked chopped egg
    1/2 cup saltine crackers, finely chopped
    1/4 cup mayonnaise
    1/2 tsp. salt

    Recipe



    Combine first 7 ingredients.

    Add remaining ingredients, mixing well

    Shape into a long roll

    Serve with assorted crackers
