Patricia Nixon's Hot Chicken Salad
List of Ingredients
4 cups cold cooked chicken, cut up into chunks.
2 tbsps. lemon juice
2/3 cup finely chopped toasted almonds
3/4 cup mayonnaise
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. monosodium glutamate
1 cup grated cheese
2 cups chopped celery
4 hard-cooked eggs, sliced
3/4 cup cream of chicken soup
1 tsp. onion, finely minced
2 pimientos, finely cut
1 1/2 cups crushed potato chipsRecipe
Combine all ingredients, except cheese, potato chips and almonds.
Place in a large rectangular dish.
Top with cheese, potato chips and almonds.
Let stand overnight in refrigerator.
Bake in a 400* oven for 20-25 minutes
