Buttermilk Lemon Pie
List of Ingredients
1 (9 inch) unbaked pie shell
2 cups granulated sugar
3 Tbsp. all-purpose flour
1/4 tsp. nutmeg
1/4 cup melted butter or margarine
3 eggs, lightly beaten
1 cup buttermilk
juice of 1 lemon (1/4 cup)
1 tsp. vanilla
Recipe
Combine sugar, flour and nutmeg
add butter; beat until creamy.
Stir in eggs, buttermilk, lemon juice and vanilla.
Bake in a 400* oven for 10 minutes.
Reduce to 325* and bake 30 minutes longer.
