Easy Cherry Tartlets
List of Ingredients
1 package (15 ounces) refrigerated pie crusts ( 2 pack)
1/3 cup Comstock More Fruit Cherry Fruit Filling
1 egg, beaten
2 tablespoons sugarRecipe
On afloured board, cut 7 circles in one pie crust using 3-in round cookie cutter.
Place 1 teaspoon fruit filling on each cirle and fold in half to form a small tart.
Seal each tart by pressing the edges with the tines of a fork.
Brush tarts with egg and sprinkle with a small amount of sugar.
Place tarts on a lightly greased baking sheet and bake at 375* for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
Repeat with remaining pie crust
yields: 14 cookies
