    Easy Turkey Shepherd's Pie

    List of Ingredients




    1 package (22 ounces) frozen mashed potatoes
    2-2/3 cups milk
    2 cups cubed cooked turkey
    1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted.
    3/4 cup skim milk
    1 package (10 ounces) frozen mixed vegetables
    2 tablespoons dried minced onion
    1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning or thyme
    salt and pepper

    Recipe



    Combine potaotoes and milk; prepare according to package directions.

    In a medium bowl, combine turkey, soup and skim milk.
    Stir in vegetables, onion and italian seasoning.
    Add salt and pepper to taste.

    Divide mixture into four 5-in x1-1/2 in. tart or pot pie pans.
    Top with prepared potatoes, spreading to edge.
    Place pans on large baking sheet.

    Bake at 350* for 25-30 minutes or until bubbly and lightly browned.
    Serve immediately
