Caesar Vegetable Dip

Recipe Introduction
Dress up this dip by serving it in a hollowed-out red, yellow, or green bell pepper half. Baby carrots, halved radishes, bell pepper slices and cucumber spears are tasty vegetables for dipping.
List of Ingredients
- 1/2 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup mayonnaise or salad dressing
- 1/4 cup creamy Caesar dressing
- 2 tablespoons shredded Parmesan cheese
- 2 tablespoons chopped red bell pepper
- 1 hard-cooked egg, chopped
- Assorted raw vegetables, if desired
Instructions
- Mix sour cream, mayonnaise and Caesar dressing until smooth. Stir in cheese. Serve immediately, or cover and refrigerate 30 minutes to blend flavors if desired.
- Spoon into serving bowl. Sprinkle with bell pepper and egg. Serve with vegetables.
